This dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms. (We do, do co-ownerships contact us for that info). Payment in full prior to taking ownership of the dog, ( We will work with you) payment is to be in cash, money order, or certified check.
Health Guarantee:
We certify that upon receipt the dog is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to the accompanying health record. This dog has the following conditions now ________________________________________________, and these conditions are excluded from any guarantee and is not valid to reject the puppy due to these conditions.
The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by your vet within 3 days of purchase date. If the vet doesn't give you a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller immediately(within 48 hours of vet exam). Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our vet at our expense. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or a breed related minor condition is not covered. No condition which could go away, or is considered to be a condition which the puppy will grow out of is covered.
If the dog is then found to not be in good health, Buyer and Seller will decide what to do to make both parties happy. Seller accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after 3 days from purchase date. Hip/Elbow dysplasia, pathological spinal disorder is covered for 2 years from date of purchase with the same conditions as above. (unless buyer does something to the dog to hurt the pup(weight pulling to soon, neglect, malnourishment) then contract is null and void
The Buyer's Responsibility:
The buyer agrees to take good care of the dog, feed and house the dog properly (INDOORS)( we will waive this if the dog is going to a working or farm home), maintain shots and dewormings, and maintain control of the dog at all times. Acceptable provisions will be made to assure the dog is safe anytime he/she has to be outside (fenced in yard or approved kennels). Buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or found to be neglected, abused, or allowed to live in poor conditions the seller has all rights to repo the dog with NO REFUND of money to buyer. The death, injury or loss of dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, or accident will NOT entitle buyer to any compensation from the seller.
No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose of function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppy mill, dog farm or other mass producing or money making operations. If seller finds out any of the above has taken place, we will repo the dog with NO refund of money to the buyer.
Having said this, this dog is NOT to be bred to any other type of dog EVER, other than a REGISTERED AMERICAN BULLDOG, this dog is NOT to be bred before 2 years of age(if this happens seller will revoke your registration papers). Seller has to agree with the mating. If any unauthorized breeding occur, seller will repo ownership of the dog with NO refund to the buyer(and the pups will not be eligible to be registered). If purchasing this dog as a pet the dog needs to be altered by 9 months of age and a copy of the vet records sent to seller before you will receive your registration papers.
If buyer Champions this dog out in the conformation ring (N.K.C., U.K.C., A.B.R.A., B.B.C ) by age 4, seller will REFUND the TOTAL price paid for the dog in exchange for a pup(same quality of CH. dog) out of said dog at some point. This also applies if buyer titles purchased dog in any working venue as well (PSA,SCH,Mondio Ring,French Ring,WABA, NWDA, Iron Dog)
In the event that the buyer is unable to keep the dog for any reason at any point in the dog's life the dog comes back to the Seller with NO refund of money to buyer. If seller agrees to a resale on the dog the new owner must comply with this contract and must get in touch with seller to do so. Buyer agrees not to sell this dog to any retail company, or research lab for any reason.
Any changes to this contract must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties. This contract is legal and may be enforced by legal means at the buyer's expense and all disputes will be settled in the state of Virginia. All parties have read and understand and agree to this contract in full by signing below.
